SOP (dicuss with Client in the first stage):
PoFS(price0, feasibility study)- 3 weeks
P1ES(price1, engineering sample)- 3 months - define drop/destructive tests
P3CS(price3, commerical sample)- 6 months- defect rate v.s. price- + correlation
P4MP(price4, mass production)
-Development manual
-Annual modification of flow
-SBT(?)
-sign on samples

authorization
total budget of project v.s. job title

Before meeting:
Always rehearsal-

comparison of competitors

Bom list should include packaging

character of leadership influences the scale of business
The greater the business gets, a higher chance to have leakage

For sales rep.
Always try to develop personal relationship with clients off business
(*my own note: genuinely care!)
